Shipping policy

We offer shipping to selected EU countries. *Please note that all match products are restricted to UK delivery only.

UK Delivery Rates: 

  • Standard: £2.99
  • Express: £4
  • Free Delivery: Orders over £15

EU Delivery Rates: 

  • Royal Mail International Tracked: £12 or £13 (depending on weight).

For international deliveries, customs duties or import taxes may be charged once the parcel reaches your country. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are not included in our shipping costs.

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

UK Shipping Time:
Once your order is shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier. We currently use Royal Mail and Evri:

  • Royal Mail (2nd Class Standard): usually 2–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Evri Standard: usually 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Most orders arrive promptly, but during peak periods (such as holidays or sales) carriers can sometimes experience delays. 

If you need your order sooner, please select a faster shipping option at checkout to upgrade delivery speed.

International Shipping Time (Selected EU Countries):
Once your order is shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier. We currently use Royal Mail International services:

  • Royal Mail International Tracked: Usually 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Most international orders arrive promptly, but customs processing (where applicable) or peak periods may occasionally cause delays.

Order Tracking:
Some shipments include a tracking number, which we’ll email you once your order ships.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, but we’ll always do our best to help if something goes wrong.
  • Make sure your shipping address is correct, we want your parcel to arrive safely and keep the magic flowing!
