Shipping policy

We currently offer shipping to the UK, selected EU countries, the United States and Canada. *Please note: All match products are restricted to UK delivery only.

UK Delivery Rates: 

  • Standard: £2.99
  • Express: £4
  • Free Delivery: Orders over £15

International Delivery Rates

EU Delivery Rates: 

  • Royal Mail International Tracked: £12 or £13 (depending on weight).

US & Canada Delivery Rates:

International shipping rates to the United States and Canada are calculated at checkout based on the destination and parcel weight.

For international deliveries, customs duties or import taxes may be charged once the parcel reaches your country. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are not included in our shipping costs.

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

UK Shipping Time:
Once your order is shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier. We currently use Royal Mail and Evri:

  • Royal Mail (2nd Class Standard): usually 2–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Evri Standard: usually 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Most orders arrive promptly, but during peak periods (such as holidays or sales) carriers can sometimes experience delays. 

If you need your order sooner, please select a faster shipping option at checkout to upgrade delivery speed.

International Shipping Time

Once your order is shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier. We currently use Royal Mail International services:

  • Royal Mail International Tracked: Usually 3–5 business days after dispatch.

United States & Canada:
Transit times are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping service.

Most international orders arrive promptly, but customs processing (where applicable) or peak periods may occasionally cause delays.

Order Tracking:
Some shipments include a tracking number, which we’ll email you once your order ships.

Important Notes:

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, but we’ll always do our best to help if something goes wrong.
  • Make sure your shipping address is correct, we want your parcel to arrive safely and keep the magic flowing!
